Service Questions

Q. An item is out of stock, can I pre-order?

Unfortunately we cannot accept pre-orders online, if you would like to contact us we can give you an update as to when further stock will be expected.

Q. Can I request a custom order?

Yes, please get in touch with your requirements and we can confirm whether the customisation will be possible and offer costs and a timescale to delivery.

Q. My order is damaged or incorrect, what can I do?

Contact us with details of what has happened, we recommend you keep the original packaging and take a photo of the issue so we can investigate and resolve it quickly for you.

Q. I wish to return an order, is this possible?

We accept returns, the items must be received back to us in new condition for a full refund within 28 days of receipt. Please contact us for return address details if required.

 

Delivery Questions

Q. How much is delivery?

We charge a flat-rate £0.99 for 2nd class for all orders below or equal to the value of £20.00. A 1st class upgrade is available.
Orders above £20.00 will benefit from free UK delivery.

Q. How quickly will be order be dispatched?

We aim to dispatch orders same-day if received before midday, otherwise it will be dispatched the next working day (Monday - Friday exc. bank holidays)

Q. Who will deliver my order?

Smaller orders are dispatched with Royal Mail, larger orders are dispatched via courier. We only use reputable, trackable courier services.

Q. Do you offer Click & Collect?

Currently we do not provide a Click and Collect service, all orders are processed online and dispatched with the appropriate courier to reach your destination safely.
