Delivery
Depending on the size and weight of order we use a variety of couriers to ship your products. Smaller and some larger items will be dispatched within 1 working day using Royal Mail, larger or heavier orders will use a suitable courier to ensure the safe delivery of your items.
We dispatch Monday to Friday unless there is a bank holiday or mail strike, in those cases your order will be dispatched the next available working day.
Orders received after 2pm on a Friday will be dispatched the following non-bank holiday working day.
Delivery Costs
We offer free economy postage on all deliveries within the UK and the option to upgrade to to a faster service at checkout.
Orders of £50.00 and over will receive free Express delivery within the UK.
All prices are shown inclusive of VAT.
Returns
There are situations where you may wish to return the items received, perhaps you changed your mind, or we have made a packing error and sent the wrong items or you're not happy with the product and wish to return for a full refund.
We accept returns within 30 days of receipt of the products. In all circumstances you are required to contact us using the contact form to initiate a return of your order.
If the product received is incorrect or has arrived damaged we may request a photograph of the item(s) to help investigate how and why the problem occurred and to improve our service and/or packing in future.
In these instances a pre-paid returns label will be provided.
If you have changed your mind about an order or wish to exchange an item for another of similar value we will provide a returns address and request you send back the items with a trackable service within the 30 days of receiving the goods.
Items should be sent back in the same condition as received, if parts of the order are missing we reserve the right to issue a pro-rata refund for the items you have sent back at the same value as originally purchased (inclusive of any discounts used).
Stock Availability
In the rare case that we do not have the stock available to fulfill an order (eg. in the event of damage or loss) we will contact you explaining the situation and steps we can take to resolve it. We may be able to offer an alternative, offer a refund or partial refund, or arrange a backorder specifiying an expected lead-time for completion.
