Service Questions

Q. An item is out of stock, can I pre-order?

Unfortunately we cannot accept pre-orders online, if you would like to contact us we can give you an update as to when further stock will be expected.

Q. Can I request a custom order?

Yes, please get in touch with your requirements and we can confirm whether the customisation will be possible and offer costs and a timescale to delivery.

Q. My order is damaged or incorrect, what can I do?

Contact us with details of what has happened, we recommend you keep the original packaging and take a photo of the issue so we can investigate and resolve it quickly for you.

Q. I wish to return an order, is this possible?

We accept returns, the items must be received back to us in new condition for a full refund within 30 days of receipt. Please contact us for return address details if required.

We release promotional discount codes and sitewide offers and deals such as clearance sales throughout the year, we recommend joining our newsletter or saving our discount code page to keep up to date.

 

Delivery Questions

Q. How much is delivery?

Delivery is free for all UK orders using a 2-3 day service. Faster delivery options are available as an upgrade at checkout when possible.
Orders above £50.00 will benefit from free UK express delivery.

Q. How quickly will be order be dispatched?

We aim to dispatch orders same-day if received before 2pm, otherwise it will be dispatched the next working day (Monday - Friday exc. bank holidays)

Q. Who will deliver my order?

Smaller orders are dispatched with Royal Mail, larger orders are dispatched via courier. We only use reputable, trackable courier services.

Q. Do you offer Click & Collect?

Currently we do not provide a Click and Collect service, all orders are processed online and dispatched with the appropriate courier to reach your destination safely.

Q. Can I purchase your products in bulk?

Please contact us with your requirements if you wish to purchase in bulk, we offer very competitive discounts for higher quantity and are fully equipped to provide an ongoing supply of all products in our catalogue.

Q. Can you supply a VAT invoice?

Yes, we are VAT registered and will supply an invoice detailing the VAT with your purchase.
